CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics/calisthenics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. While workouts can challenge the most elite, they can also be extremely scalable for those with less experience or physical capabilities. Although intensity is essential for results it will NEVER trump form or technique with any given exercise. After just a few moments, you will see our fun, motivating and encouraging community is like no other. Each time you come to a class you will receive world-class coaching. We will provide you with the most challenging and rewarding workouts you will ever come across.

New to CrossFit? 

New CrossFit members complete an introductory course, or On-Ramp program. This program is a dedicated class time for teaching new members the basic mechanics and movements they’ll be expected to perform in regular classes.

Keeping members safe is our priority!
During the On-Ramp program, we teach new members how to safely execute movements and lifts so that when you show up to class, you’re:

  • More prepared,

  • Less intimidated, and

  • Less likely to get injured.

Intro programs also give us a chance to provide specific, personalized advice to each newcomer in the very beginning of their training.
