10 WEEKS OF CHALLENGES

Back by popular demand... last year's 10 Weeks to 10 Years event will now be 10 Weeks of Challenges.
Starting, January 2nd we will have weekly challenges.
Each week we will announce the challenge. Each person will have one opportunity (one and done) to attempt the weekly challenge. You can do it any time that works best for you within the week and will post your score on a whiteboard in the lobby. Do one or try them all.
For the challenges - think of 1 min / max efforts. Quick and doable for everyone. A few will have both RX and Modified options. More details to come each of the 10 weeks.

*complete with a vest (20/14) if you have one
Workout can be completed in order or partitioned however you'd like.
This workout can be completed solo or in teams.
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor"
