BODY WEIGHT CHALLENGE

SATURDAY, AUGUST 20, 2022 AT 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Join us in our yearly Annual Body Weight Challenge WOD at the Southington High School Track:
1 lap Burpee Broad Jumps
1 lap Bear Crawl
1 lap Walking Lunges
1 lap Sprint/Run

*This workout can be done alone or in teams where you divide each however you wish. All are welcome to join. Form teams with friends and family or invite them to go solo alongside you. It is highly recommended that you bring gloves - preferably gardening gloves, batting gloves, wide receiver gloves, etc.
