100 Supermen (if you have access to a pull up bar, these could be pull-ups) 100 Push Ups 100 Alt. Lunge Steps (100 each side) 100 V-Ups https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UVgs18Y1P4 100 Swings (many of you were able to get a weight (KB, DB, etc.) or be creative and use something weighted. Kids Class W/Up: 2 burpees, 4 donkey kicks, 6 handstand wall kick ups, 8 air squats 30 sec wall squat Skill: Balance - stand on left foot only for 1 minute, stand on right foot only for 1 minute.  Can you go longer than 1 minute?  Is there a difference between 1 leg and the other?  Can you do with with your eyes closed?

WOD: 1-min. station rotation with 1-min. rest between rounds of: push ups tuck jumps chair dips situps inchworms
