30 seconds of Cossack lunges

30 seconds of inchworms

Metcon:

Running

Easy 1 mile run

Rest 2 minutes

Then

4x800m run at about 80% effort (rest 1 minute between each)

Stretch Sesh!

1 Mile Walk – be mindful and focus on breath.
