Warm Up:


5 rounds: 30 Plate Hops or 60 Jumping Jacks 30 Alternating Jumping Lunges 5 Wall Walks

Metcon Advanced with Some Equipment

5 rounds: 60 Double Unders 30 Alternating Jumping Lunges 10 Strict Handstand Push Ups or 5 Wall Walks

*Double unders are ideally done unbroken throughout. *Sub single unders for double unders if needed but do 120 *Try to keep handstand push ups done in sets of 5 or more or do 5 wall walks

Accessory Work and Stretch Sesh:

1:00 Deep Squat Hold

20 DB Bicep Curls (20 each arm – can be done together or one at a time)

1:00 Cobra Hold

20 Diamond Push Ups

1:00 Seated Toe Touch

20 Single Leg Glute Bridges
