Warm Up 3 Rounds of 10 Marchers (in place) 10 High Knees each leg 10 Butt Kicks each leg 10 second toe touch hold (seated) 10 second cobra hold Run 30 Minutes of: :30 moderate pace :30 easy pace Accessory Work Practice Handstands/Progression for 15 minutes
Wall Walks – practice getting noes as close to wall as possible
HS Kick Ups – practice simply kicking up to wall and coming back down
HS Holds – practice holding for set time
Free Standing HS Holds – practice holding for set time
HS Walks – if you have the room practice walking a set distance
