Warm Up

3 Rounds: 1:00 Straight Leg Marching 20 Bodyweight RDLs 10 Slow tempo squats with 3 sec hold at bottom


10 Rounds: *Alternate rounds with a partner* 10 Burpees 10 Alt. Spiderman Lunges (try to move quick and get elbow to floor each time) 20 KB/DB or Odd Object Swings

***If you don't have a partner, complete 5 rounds with 1 minute rest b/t rounds.
