“Dead Stop” Deadlift
Warm Up
2-3 Sets at 2-4 RPE
Working Sets
2 x 5 at 1:3:2 (1=seconds off the ground, hold at lock out for 3, lower the bar to ground in 2 seconds.) Bar does not bounce off the ground for these sets and do not let go of the bar from the top.
