CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL TRAINING (FIT)
This class is designed to get you results, fast! These interval training style workouts aim to increase cardiovascular capacity and increase your muscular strength and endurance all while in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. You will perform functional body movements/exercises in circuit style training.
Our kids program was developed to help kids excel and grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love of ﬁtness. We aim to create a foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. This class is geared and designed for a unique and special population that has speciﬁc developmental needs (neurological, cognitive, and motor). These young athletes will combine skill practice, workouts and fun games that focus on building strength and conditioning. Similar to our adult CrossFit classes these will include elements of gymnastics/calisthenics, weight lifting, running, jumping, and more – all in a fun and safe environment. In order for kids to learn and succeed in all sports and life, they need to start with the basics, which is exactly the reason we teach using the many skills that are the base for any sport or discipline that children participate in.
